Frank M. Jaehnert

Frank Jaehnert
President and CEO

Frank joined Brady in 1995 as finance director for the Identification Solutions and Specialty Tapes (ISST) group and was elected the company's chief financial officer one year later. From January 2002 until March 2003 he served as senior vice president of Brady Corporation and president of the ISST group, responsible for strategy and international growth of Brady's industrial identification, coated products and precision die-cut businesses. Prior to joining Brady, Frank served in various financial positions in Germany and the United States for Robert Bosch GmbH, an international manufacturer of automotive, communications, industrial and consumer products, headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany. He joined Bosch in 1983 and held positions including assistant to the chairman and CEO of Robert Bosch Corporation-U.S., Broadview, Ill; controller and treasurer of Robert Bosch Power Tool Corp., New Bern, N.C.; vice president of S-B Power Tool Company, Chicago, Ill., then a joint venture of Bosch and Emerson Electric Co. Most recently at Bosch, Frank worked closely with senior executives on projects worldwide, including establishing joint ventures in Korea and China. Frank holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Stuttgart, Stuttgart, Germany. He currently sits on the Board of Regents of the Milwaukee School of Engineering;the Board of Trustees of the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI; and the Business Advisory Council of the Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.

Thomas J. Felmer

Tom Felmer
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Tom joined Brady in 1989 as a product manager and held several sales and marketing positions until being named vice president and general manager of Brady's U.S. Signmark Division in 1994. In 1999 Tom and his family moved to Europe where he led the European Signmark business for two years, then gained additional responsibility for the combined European Seton and Signmark businesses, which he also held for two years. In 2003 Tom returned to Milwaukee where he was responsible for Brady's global sales and marketing processes, Brady Software businesses, and the due diligence/integration of the EMED acquisition. In June 2004, he was promoted to vice president-Direct Marketing Americas. Prior to joining Brady, Tom worked with JJ Keller & Associates. He received his education from University of Minnesota, University of Wisconsin - Green Bay (bachelor of science) and INSEAD, Fontainbleau France.

Matthew O. Williamson

Matthew Williamson
President - Brady Americas

Matt Williamson is president-Brady Americas, responsible for all of Brady's businesses in North and South America. Matt joined Brady in 1979 as a sales representative and has served in a variety of leadership roles including regional sales manager, product group manager, U.S. national sales manager, director of marketing, and vice president and general manager. In 1998, Matt served as vice president and general manager of the Identification Solutions division until he was promoted to vice president and general manager of Brady's global high performance identification business in 2001. He assumed his current role as President-Brady Americas region in April 2003. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Peter C. Sephton

Peter Sephton
President - Brady Europe

Peter Sephton is president of Brady-Europe, responsible for managing all of Brady's business in the region. Peter joined Brady's Seton-UK operation as managing director in March 1997, where he was responsible for Brady's Seton direct marketing business. In 2001, Peter assumed the role of managing director for Brady's identification solutions business in the UK. He was promoted to vice president of Brady-Europe in April 2003. Prior to joining Brady, Peter held a variety of managerial roles with Tate and Lyle Plc, Sutcliffe Speakman Plc and Morgan Crucible. Peter holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University College Cardiff. He has also attended courses at the University of North Carolina, The London Business School, IDM Business to Business Certification Program, and Business German at Leeds Met University.

Stephen Millar

Stephen Millar
President – Brady Asia Pacific

Stephen Millar was named President, Brady Asia Pacific in April 2011 and is responsible for the growth and development of all Brady business across the Asia-Pacific region. Stephen joined Brady Australia in 1999 as the Managing Director where he managed the combined Brady and Seton business until 2008. Under Stephen’s leadership, Brady’s base business nearly tripled and the team completed four acquisitions, expanding Brady’s business in Australia. In 2008, Stephen relocated to Milwaukee where he served as vice-president and general manager responsible for Brady’s portfolio of people identification, medical and education businesses. In 2010, Stephen returned to Asia and took on the newly created role of MRO Director for the region. Prior to joining Brady, Stephen served in a variety of leadership positions in Australia and New Zealand with GNB Technologies, a global manufacturer of automotive and industrial batteries. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.

Allan Klotsche

Allan Klotsche
Senior Vice President – Human Resources

Allan Klotsche was appointed to lead Brady’s Human Resources function in October 2010 with a focus on employee development to support the Company’s aggressive growth goals. Prior to this role, Klotsche served as President – Brady Asia-Pacific for seven years, taking the region from less than 10 percent of Brady’s total sales and about 200 employees,  to about one-third of Brady sales and more than 3,000 employees. In addition to his current role, Klotsche serves as President of the Brady Corporation Foundation, Brady’s primary vehicle for charitable contributions. Since joining Brady in 1988 as a sales representative, Allan has held a variety of sales, technical and marketing assignments. From 1996 to 1998, Allan worked in South Korea to form the Company's first joint venture; he helped to open the first Brady office in Beijing, China; and was instrumental in the development of the Company's long-term China plan. In 1998, he began managing Brady's global die-cut business in his role as vice president and general manager of the Precision Tapes group before becoming President of the region in April 2003. Allan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and returned in 1994 to receive his master's degree through the executive MBA program.

Robert L. Tatterson, Ph.D.

Robert Tatterson, PhD
Vice-President - R&D and Chief Technology Officer

Robert L. Tatterson leads the company’s new product development activities and directs Brady’s global R&D functions in the U.S., Europe and Asia. He is responsible for the development of proprietary products including high-performance materials, printing systems and software. Tatterson joined Brady in 2006 following 14 years experience in process and product innovation at GE, beginning as a research and development engineer at GE's Corporate Research Center in New York. There he developed chemical engineering processes for GE businesses including GE Lighting and Silicones. He later moved to GE Plastics where he held a variety of Technology positions with increasing responsibility in Massachusetts and Cartagena, Spain. He most recently served as Technology General Manager for GE Plastics’ Specialty Film and Sheet and Display and Optical Films businesses based in Indiana. He is a 6 Sigma Master Blackbelt and holds a Ph.D in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Bentley Curran

Vice President - Information Technology and Chief Information Officer

Bentley Curran is responsible for Brady's global information technology organization including e-business. He joined Brady in 1999 as global information technology director, charged with building and deploying a common technology infrastructure. Prior to joining Brady, he held various management and consultant positions for Compucom and Speed Queen Company. He is a graduate of Marian University and holds a bachelor of business degree and an associate of science degree in electronics and engineering systems.

Aaron Pearce

Vice President & Treasurer

As Vice President and Treasurer, Aaron Pearce is responsible for leading Brady’s treasury, corporate risk and investor relations functions.  Aaron joined Brady in 2004 as director of internal audit. In this role Aaron built a strong global audit team, maintained Brady’s code of ethics and implemented its whistleblower program. In 2006 he relocated to Asia to take on the role of finance director for Brady’s Asia Pacific region, where he was responsible for all finance activities in the Asia-Pacific region and a member of the Asian Leadership Team. Then in 2008, Aaron most recently served as tax director, responsible for Brady’s global tax function. Prior to Brady, Aaron worked with Deloitte & Touche where he acquired more than 10 years experience providing audit and business advisory services to a variety of businesses. Aaron has a degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a certified public accountant.

Kathy Johnson

Kathy Johnson
Vice President - Finance and Chief Accounting Officer

Kathy Johnson is vice president - finance responsible for global internal and external reporting, planning and controlling. She joined Brady in 1989 as controller for the former Identification Solutions division of Brady and became group finance director in 1996. In 2000 she was appointed vice-president. Prior to joining Brady, Kathy spent six years with Kraft Food Service, where she was actively involved in growing the business to become a division of a Fortune 500 company. She started her career as a CPA with Deliotte. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
