Thomas J. Felmer

Tom Felmer
Interim President and CEO, and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Felmer joined the Company in 1989 and has held several sales and marketing positions until being named Vice President and General Manager of Brady’s U.S. Signmark Division in 1994. In 1999, Mr. Felmer moved to Europe where he led the European Signmark business for two years, then gained additional responsibility for the European direct marketing businesses, which he also led for two years. In 2003, Mr. Felmer returned to the United States where he was responsible for Brady’s global sales and marketing processes, Brady Software businesses, and integration leader of the EMED acquisition. In June 2004, he was appointed President-Direct Marketing Americas, and was named Chief Financial Officer in January 2008.  In October 2013 he assumed the additional responsibilities as Interim President and CEO.

Matthew O. Williamson

Matt Williamson
President - Identification Solutions

Mr. Williamson joined the Company in 1979. From 1979 to 1994, he served in a variety of sales and marketing leadership roles. From 1995 to 2003, Mr. Williamson served as the V.P. and General Manager of Brady’s specialty tape and identification solution businesses. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Williamson served as the V.P. and General Manager of the Identification Solutions and Specialty Tapes Division. From 1998 to 2001, he served as V.P. and General Manager of the Identification Solutions Division. From 2001 to 2003, he served as V.P. and General Manager of the Global High Performance Identification Business. In April 2003, he was appointed President of the Brady Americas business, and currently serves as President of Brady's global Identification Solutions business.  He holds a BBA in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Stephen Millar

Stephen Millar
President – Brady Asia Pacific

Mr. Millar joined the Company in 1999 as Managing Director of Brady Australia, a position he held until 2008 when he joined Brady Americas’ leadership team as Vice-President and General Manager responsible for its portfolio of people identification, medical and education businesses. In 2010, he returned to Asia in the role of MRO Director for the region. He was appointed to his current position, President-Brady Asia Pacific in March 2011. Prior to joining Brady, Mr. Millar served in a variety of leadership positions in Australia and New Zealand with GNB Technologies, a global manufacturer of automotive and industrial batteries. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration degree from Victoria University of Wellinton, New Zealand and is a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.

Helena Nelligan

Senior Vice President - Human Resources

Ms. Nelligan joined Brady in November, 2013.   She comes to Brady from Eaton Corporation, where she was employed since 2005.  Most recently , she served as  Vice President of Human Resources for the Electrical Products and Electrical Systems and Infrastructure Groups. She held various other leadership roles with Eaton, including Vice President of Human Resources for Eaton’s Electrical Sector, America’s region Director of Human Resources for the Electrical Components Division and an international assignment as Senior Manager of Human Resources for the Vehicle Group, Asia Pacific located in Shanghai, China.Prior to joining Eaton, she held various human resources leadership roles driving regional and global operations within Merisant Worldwide and British Petroleum (BP).

Louis Bologini

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Attorney Louis T. Bolognini joined Brady as Sr. VP, General Counsel and Secretary in January, 2013.  In this role, Lou is responsible for Brady's global legal function and serves as corporate secretary and adviser to Brady's Board of Directors and senior management team on all legal, risk, compliance and governance issues. Lou brings many years of complex litigation management experience, as well as a wide range of experience in global transactions, corporate governance, ethics and compliance, internal audit, insurance and crisis management, having served as General Counsel at Imperial Sugar Company and Bio Lab, Inc., a subsidiary of Chemtura Corporation. He is a law graduate of the University of Toledo and also holds a bachelor's degree from the Miami University of Ohio.

Bentley Curran

Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Digital Business

Mr. Curran joined the Company in 1999 and has held several technology leadership positions until being named Vice President of Information Technology in 2005.   In October 2007, he was appointed Chief Information Officer of Brady Globally.  In February 2012, he was appointed to his current position, Vice President of Digital Business and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Brady, Mr. Curran served in a variety of technology leadership roles for Compucom and the Speed Queen Company.  He holds a Bachelor of business administration from Marian University and holds an associate of science degree in electronics and engineering systems.

Kathy Johnson

Vice President - Finance and Chief Accounting Officer

Ms. Johnson joined the Company in 1989 as controller of a division of Brady and became group finance director in 1996. In 2000 she was appointed Vice President. In 2008 she was appointed Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Brady, she spent six years with Kraft Food Service. She started her career as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche LLP. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Paul Meyer

Treasurer and Vice President - Tax

Mr. Meyer joined the Company in 2009 as Global Tax Director.  In April 2013 he assumed the role of Treasurer and will continue his role as Global Tax Director.  Prior to coming to Brady, Mr. Meyer worked in the corporate tax departments of GE Healthcare and JohnsonDiversey.  He began his career as a tax consultant at Ernst & Young.  He holds a BBA in accounting and a MS in taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
