Program Overview

Brady's financial management rotational program

Our Financial Rotational Development Program is a fast-track program for finance and accounting graduates who exhibit the potential to grow as leaders. Members of the program participate in a series of three, 12-month rotations designed to give them exposure to all areas of finance at Brady. Upon graduation from the three-year program, graduates are offered a role that aligns with their interests and skills, as well as the needs of Brady.

Program Rotation

Corporate Finance – Participants have significant exposure to senior management. Key areas of focus include understanding external reporting and related implications on the stock market, learning the importance of and basis for key controls in the organization, and introduction to corporate-level budgeting and forecasting. Exposure to tax rate optimization and purchase price accounting for acquisitions may also occur in this rotation.

Financial Planning and Analysis – This rotation is a great opportunity to work with senior management around global financial analysis, including sales reporting, operations reporting, and budgeting and forecasting. Employees in this rotation may also gain experience in corporate treasury, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

Internal Audit – International exposure to Brady businesses and cultures outside of the U.S. is a key takeaway of the Internal Audit rotation. Our internal audits are focused on both internal controls and business process improvements. This rotation accelerates the participant's learning of key business processes throughout the organization as well as developing a strong network of business contacts globally.

Business Finance – These roles work closely with business leaders in making key decisions for a specific business with its own profit and loss statement. Participants come away with significant exposure to the business-level budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as a deep understanding of financial analysis and reporting for a business unit.
