Program overview

Our Operations Rotational Program consists of a series of three diverse (8 month) assignments over a two-year period. The rotations provide a thorough exposure to Brady’s Operations department. Upon completion of the program, permanent placements can include roles such as senior manufacturing engineer, manufacturing supervisor or value stream manager.

Program Rotation

The Operations Rotational Program consists of three placements, all lasting approximately eight months.

Manufacturing Engineer – Assist operations management in the establishment of target conditions for product, material and information flow. Apply structured problem solving techniques to conditions resulting in non-standard process performance.

Business – Support one of the three business functions (Finance, Sourcing or Customer Operations). Learn critical aspects of Brady’s business and the impact to/from operations.

Group Lead – Supervise and develop team members in a group of one or more process areas. Learn the principles of leading others in continuous improvement behaviors and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) attainment.
