Program overview

Our Sales Rotational Program consists of a series of four diverse assignments over a two-year period. The rotations provide a thorough exposure to Brady’s sales organization ranging from customer operations to field sales. Upon successful completion of the program, the employee will be placed in a full time inside sales role. There are a variety of future career opportunities dependent on the individual’s skills, abilities, readiness, potential and geographic flexibility.

Program Rotation

The Sales Rotational Program consists of four rotations with clear roles and responsibilities within each placement. Rotations are designed to expose young professionals to various aspects of Customer Operations, Product Management, Inside and Field Sales roles.

Customer Operations (2 months) – Shadow phone reps, quoting and tech support to gain a better understanding of customer needs, questions and criticisms.

Product Management (6 months) – Execute duties to support regional product managers with focuses on two different product categories.

Inside Sales (8 months) – Assume a regional inside sales role with a designated territory that aligns with SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Timely) goals for that role.

Field Sales (8 months) – Manage a designated territory dependent on business needs.
