Communities

The Brady Corporation Foundation, Brady Corporate Giving and Employee Volunteer programs focus on projects that build the long-term success of the communities where we live and work.

The Brady Corporation Foundation

The Brady Corporation Foundation is a non-profit, non stock corporation, established in 2005, which serves as Brady’s primary vehicle for charitable contributions around the world.   Grants are made once each year in the month of July.

Grants generally focus on programs that work to develop current and future leaders for our businesses and our communities.  In addition, grants in Europe give preference to programs serving disadvantaged young people in the region; while grants in Asia also target environmental challenges to the region.

Brady Academic All-Stars Program

Brady Academic All-Stars logo

The Brady Corporation Academic All-Stars program originated in 1990 in Milwaukee, WI as a means of recognizing all-around student achievement at secondary schools in the Greater Milwaukee area. In its history, the program has honored nearly 4,000 students and awarded more than $750,000 in college scholarships. In 2006, the program expanded to the Greater Buffalo, NY area, home of Emedco, a Brady business.  Honored students must be in the upper 10% of their class, participate in their school’s athletic program and be involved in school or community service activity.
